4. Lead Data and Your Customers

When MarkGrowth processes conversations with your customers (leads), you are the data controller for that data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your customers are informed that their enquiries may be handled by an AI system.

We do not sell, share, or use your customers' data to train our models without your explicit consent.
